Looking for the ability to download information.

I think I know the answer to this but I just wanna be sure. I am looking for a way to have customers instantly download an information file (pdf, doc, whatever works best) after payment.

 

Example:

 

I am starting a fantasy sports site and would like to offer a downloadable tip sheet for $4.99. The way I would like this to work is the customer runs through the process of ordering and upon completion the file is sent to their e-mail.

 

Is this possible? How?
