jesse9201 Posted May 31, 2003 Posted May 31, 2003 Hello, Perhaps someone could help me here. My site http://www.legiftshop.com has Ian's Loaded ver. 5 and all works except checkout. All items have a weight value, but 98% of the time, when I try a test purchase of a random product, I get as far as http://www.legiftshop.com/checkout_shipping.php (a page that asks if I want to add a comment to my Delivery info) - and when I click "continue" I go right back to the same page. I have tried emptying the cart, clearing cashe, to no avail. Then sometimes out of the blue, the cart will work perfectly (I've even tried buying the same item that worked once, but it will fail the second time???) I've used Loaded v5 in other sites without a hitch - what could be wrong? Thanks P.S. I also posted to Ians' site but no answer yet.
jesse9201 Posted May 31, 2003 Author Posted May 31, 2003 ... I went to the admin, and made sure the shipping was NOT set to "Free Shipping", apparently - this was the reason it was going through a loop. Hope it helps anyone else that may have had a similar problem.
