.com/catalog/admin/index.php fatal error ....admin page

when trying to get to the

www.myweb.com/catalog/admin/index.php

 

I get an error

 

Fatal error: Failed opening required 'includes/languages/english.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/htdocs/users/whorton/whorton/gaytshirt.com/catalog/admin/includes/application_top.php on line 190

 

I just installed OSc and when I clicked on admin I got this error. a newbe here so please play nice :P
