newbie03 Posted May 29, 2003 Posted May 29, 2003 Hi, I have two quesitons: 1. Currently when a customer enters his/her info to create an account, he/she must enter gender and birthday. I wanted to make these fields optional. Thus, I went to configuration -> customer details and set "gender" and "date of birth" fields to false. However, the account creation screen still shows these two fields as "required". How do I make these fields optional? 2. On top of my e-commerce site screen, the page title always says "osCommerce". I want to change it to my store name. How do I do that? Thank you for your help!

paulm2003 Posted December 11, 2003 Posted December 11, 2003 Change the tital of your pages in: catalgue/includes/languages/english.php etc I know where the text is, and it doesn't have anything to do with (non)required fields I am afraid. Decided to set gender to false f.t.b., but good tips are still welcome of course! P.S. Only interested in gender, I don't ask for age anyway.
