My payment, shipping and order total controls give me this: Module Directory: /usr/local/plesk/apache/vhosts/mysite.com/httpdocs/includes/modules/shipping/ Again under admin>tools>file manager I get this Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory in /home/mysite.com/httpdocs/admin/file_manager.php on line 186 Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/mysite.com/httpdocs/admin/file_manager.php on line 187 Oh my, here is another one.....under admin>tools>define language I get this Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory in /home/designersupplyco.com/httpdocs/admin/define_language.php on line 142 Yikes, this doesnt work either admin>tools>database backup Backup Directory: /usr/local/plesk/apache/vhosts/designersupplyco.com/httpdocs/admin/backups/ Backup also gives me this warning message at the very top of the page "Error: Backup directory does not exist. Please set this in configure.php." I swear I haven't changed a thing!! Why do these kind of things happen to me.. I havent done anything wrong.. Help!!!!!! Thanks for your help.
