osc affiliate to other shops

Hi all

 

I have seen some osc shops which have products with prices and descriptions and image, that clicking "In Cart", will take you another shop (ie. bol.com) that I presume they are affiliate to that shop and that how they make their money without actually selling anything...

 

My question is... is there a contributions doing that or one has to enter all the products which one want to sell for their affiliation?
