Polls in 2.2CVS november release?

I have been experimenting with a current release and noticed the polls option.

 

My live store is 2.2CVS from around november, can't be sure when exactly. But I don't see polls as an option.

 

Is this only available in the MS1 release?

 

BTW, if anyone know which file to check to know which release I am running, I would be grateful.

As far as I know, polls have never been in CVS.

 

I do recall seeing a contribution though ...
