Live Support Help?

Hi,

 

I'm getting this error when i try to install the live support help 1.3 in the admin area.. Can someone please please help me please...

 

Live Support is currently open

Currently only 1 window can be open

 

When i go to admin then click on tools and live support, and its giving me that error, I only have one windows open . what is going on anyone know how to solve this problem if so please let me know please please..

I got that problems fixed. now i'm facing a new problems.. when a user click on live support. it bring him to the screen.

 

and the admin screen, see the user name. When i click on the user name nothing happen, it just keep on flicking it there. why?

 

anyone know the solution to this .. I'm really stuck, please.. help..
