Downloadable Install File

[emf_electronics]

The file available for download does not match what is in the documentation, the first thing it says in the docs is to find these files after uploading

/catalog/includes/configure.php

/catalog/admin/includes/configure.php

 

I have looked and looked and do not see these.. please help. I would like to get this installed today if possible.
