UPS module fails

I've replaced all the files from this contribution, yet I get this message at shipping after checkout:


We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping.

Please contact the store if no other alternative is shown.


I've looked at the admin config until I'm crazy. Can someone give me a clue?

Yes, I think that's OK.


I had an email from the guy who wrote the contribution. He doesn't think the UPS thing works from the UK.


Anyone confirm or deny?

I am getting this error message using UPS also:

United Parcel Service

An error occured with the UPS shipping calculations.

Missing ConsigneeCountry

If you prefer to use UPS as your shipping method, please contact the store owner.

My zipcode is set right and I set the Country to US...So I don't know what it wants me to setup now...
