How to link to new page and then CONTINUE BACK?

On my checkout_payment page, I have added a link to a new osc page right after the table heading "Payment Method". The link, if selected, will go to a new osc page I created in my Info Box.

 

The problem is, when they hit the "Continue" button on the new page, it takes them to the main Catalog page, not back to the checkout process.

 

How do you control whether a link is a stacked conversation (added to end of navigation bar and "Continue" takes you back) or a new conversation, in which "Continue" just takes you home?

 

I am on 20030514 snapshot, if that matters.

All I did for the link was a basic <A> Href link to www.name.com/shop/newpage.php
