Os Commerce as a Dating/Personals site??

I am in the process of looking for a dating/personals site and upon more thought, some of OS Commerce's features are perfect.

The only major feature lacking would be the ability of people being able to upload their profile. In very simple terms, this is what they would need to do:

1. Click on REGISTER where a Profile Maker would show up (maybe 25 fields for name, email, height, weight, photos, etc).

2. When done, it would need to be approved by the ADMIN (thus, would need to show up in admin section).

3. On approval, it would show up as a new product/profile.

 

Questions:

Is this ability available through one of the Contributions??

Would this be a major undertaking??

Huh? :? OSC is a shopping cart script. What you're asking for is way beyond the scope of OSC IMHO. It would be a major undertaking to make OSC into what your looking for.

 

There must be scripts out there that do exactly what you're looking for. Why reinvent the wheel?
