Delievered- ? Pending - ? Processing - ? can you please explain what they mean in terms of emails being sent out to them and myself and the other emails i have setup to go to... thank you.
♥olby Posted May 25, 2003 Posted May 25, 2003 Go to Admin - Localization - Order Staus and set them to what ever you like. These statuses are given to an ordrer by you when you do something to it. You can have as many as you like/need e.g: Payed - cash Need confirmation Payed and shipped (UPS) Payed and shipped (???) Best Regards olby
lucilue2003 Posted May 25, 2003 Author Posted May 25, 2003 In the My Store settings, it says email address and then it says email from so if the email addresses are different, then when the orders confirmation are sent out, are they sent from the email from ? also, when i choose for example Pending default - Delievered- Pending - Processing - Will the email that is sent to the customer state which that the order is "pending" and what happens when it is set to default ? Thanks.
