Title not changing on some pages

Hello

 

I have a serious problem with the title of the page. I've spent 2 days changing every <title> tag to mywebsite.com. Ive changed the store name in the admin. Ive changed the title in languages/english.php (line 44). Most of the pages are ok but when i click on the categories box on the top left hand side, the title is osCommerce. And also the store/default.php sometimes displays osCommerce as the title.

 

Does anyone have any idea on how i can fix this problem?
