Where is it getting the admin email address?

I included my email in the "Send Extra Order Emails To" so I do receive an email after someone has made an order. But in the "To" of my email there is also being one sent to [email protected]. Can someone tell me where it is getting this information and how I can stop this email?

Either My Store -> Configuration -> Shop Owner or it is the default address assigned by the mailserver
