Error In Callback.. So what next?

Hi All

 

I have set up my site and its seems to be going swimmingly until yesterday. A customer has order but unfortunately the callback URL has not been trigger, so therefore I don't know what the customer has ordered!

 

Now, I don't want to contact the customer (they have registered their details), is there a way I can find out what the customer, had ordered before going off to WORLDPAY?

 

Also is there any safeguards to protect me, if this happens in the future!
