New Installation - Error Creating Customer Account

Hi hope somebody can help me.

I've just installed the latest version (daily snapshot version) and have gone through the installation docs.

 

I've setup my store using the Admin function and am now testing it by trying to create a new customer account from the store.

However, after filling in all the details I just get an exclamation symbol at the top of the page with no error displayed.

 

Would anyone have a clue where I'd start to find out what the problem is?

You have set company or suburb fields as required, but not mark field with red star.

 

When i fill all fields - account was created successfully.
