Error on completion of install at teh catalog and admin...

Copied a working osCommerce website to another server and am getting nothing but errors.

 

on the default.php load the errors are:

Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory in /home/httpd/vhosts/audioadventure.net/httpdocs/includes/functions/database.php on line 41
