Is ther anyone running this module?

I am having a problem displaying the button to redeem the coupon in the checkout_payment.php file. Has anyone encountered this. It works fine up to selecting the credit to redeem. The button does not show up and it does not adjust the cost at checkout_confirm.php. If I put in a valid coupon code it will continue with no error but will not discount price or display button to redeem.

I have verified code a dozen times.
