Categories not showing up in shop

I have 2 categories, 1 with approx. 50 products and the other with approx. 20. When viewing the catalog that customers see there are no categories displayed. Everything is just grouped together. I'm not sure how else to explain it. If more info. is needed just ask.

Can you see them correctly in the Admin?

Hello, mattice. Yes, the admin shows them as being categories (folders) and inside are all of the products. Below is a link to the site. I'm just jumping into this project and have never even used the system before.

I tried adding a query string with the category number to the above link but it didn't work. Just a shot in the dark.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
