Create a session directory??

Can anyone tell me how to create a session directory to fix this error?

 

 Warning: The sessions directory does not exist: /tmp. Sessions will not work until this directory is created.

Change this in catalog/includes/configure.php

store session to My Sql and change this to true

and do the same in admin/includes/configure.php
