Questions on Features Available

We're trying to set up a site with some of the features found on eBay. We'd like vendors to be able to input their own products, with customer feedback. I see there's feedback with this program, but what about the vendor input? Is that a possibility? Is it something that could be added as a hack?

 

I taught myself dBase programming in the past and would like to do the same with mySQL now. I wouldn't mind finding something close to what we need and adapting over time. Would this be a good application to do this with?

There is possibly a vendor contribution in downloads>contributions... this is now searchable..

Thanks! I'll look for that. But, first I have to get it installed. I hope it's not as tricky as the vBulletin board I put up last fall.
