Guest Posted May 21, 2003 Posted May 21, 2003 I have seen other posts like this but there really has been no reply to them. And I have searched multiple times as well. The current situation is I have a server with matrix reseller (a division of Vortech). It comes with what they call "Fantastico." It automatically installs OSC and, according to my shop's default page, it is a 2.2 CVS shop. I have installed several modules into it (Credit GV & Coupon, Wishlist, InfoBox Admin, and some others...) but I have only recently begun to work on the backend of order management. I can place orders and review their status as a customer but when I look at the orders in the admin section, it says that there is 0 orders. Other threads have said that this is a common problem. Is there a fix for it yet? Thanks.
