Add Product page error message

Hi, I just downloaded the version5 and install it but I seen to be having a problem. When I go to the add a product page in the product admin. I have the following error message and I can't add any product.

 

1054 - Champ 'products_head_title_tag' inconnu dans field list

 

select products_head_title_tag from products_description where products_id = '' and language_id = '1'

can you please tell me what this error message is and how can I fix it?
