Background: I am based in the US and 90% of my business comes from here or from Canada so I am using the FedEx zones contribution and that works great. Here is my quandary: The other 10% of my business comes from sporadic other place around the globe. From Europe to Africa to South America I don?t want to offer the free shipping for orders over $50 to these customers. Nor do I want to try and get accurate FedEx rates for the overseas customers. Perhaps just charge a flat fee that will cover my shipping and handling instead. Question is: how do I turn off the FedEx and free shipping modules when the customer is not shipping to US or Canada?
