Direct access to php-sessions prohbited by provider

Last week provider closed direct access to php sessions directory.

 

As a result shopping cart is empty after adding goods.

 

Is there any clue to solve it?

 

'mysql' in configuration.php didn't help.

It should.... you can store sessions in mysql. Perhaps you have the settings wrong?

 

it should be 'mysql' (with the ''''''')
