UK special Recorded Delivery help

Hi all,

 

I have installed UK Recorded and Special Delivery and it show

- Postage to GB : 3 kg(s) with zero Products Weight

 

if I put 0.20 it goes to 3.2

 

it looks like it start from 3kg. should be like this? or am I doing something wrong?

Check Tare Weight in (from memory):

 

My store > shipping/packaging

 

Set it to zero
