Guest Posted May 19, 2003 Posted May 19, 2003 Talk to your host ....to many connections on the same server HTH The_Bear
ixbiosxi Posted May 19, 2003 Author Posted May 19, 2003 theres only 2 people that can access the admin part of the online store. i dunno if that would matter, so are there too many people accessing the online store or just overall connections open. why is it everytime i get about 5 screens into the admin tool, after that i cant connect anymore unless i close out my screen then go back in and do it again. Guest Posted May 19, 2003 Posted May 19, 2003 When i say to many connections i mean : there are to manypeople like you who bought space at that webhosting company on the same server The_Bear
ixbiosxi Posted May 19, 2003 Author Posted May 19, 2003 so the only way to fix that is change hosting companies or go with a better/dedicated package? For an osCommerce and STS Tutorial click the www button in my profile.
rseigel Posted May 19, 2003 Posted May 19, 2003 The best way is to tell your host to stop trying to jam so many accounts on one server. This has nothing to do with OSC and everything to do with a lousy host.
