jon_l
Does anyone use Analog for reporting on their website stats for an osCommerce site? If so, have you done much customising on it? It appears from the documentation that it is possible to get it to ignore variables that are passed through the url. I've had a go at getting this to work, to remove the oscid etc, but haven't had much luck yet. On a related note. There is a pretty good robot list available as an add on for Analog. Looks like it is created by running a script against the robots database website. It seems to be more complete than the one being used in osCommerce at present. Is it worth trying to get the script, or using their robot file for a more complete list? Jon.
Silencer
Many log analysers (that analyse apache log file) can skip query string, and count only pages. Look at hotscripts.com - there is really a lot of analyzers and other things. There is always more than one way to do it. And always Keep It Simple, Stupid.
