Credit Class Add-on Voucher Not showing in checkout

I have setup the great mod for discounts, but am having the following problem.

 

Although I have not seen any and everything appears to be working, the voucher area to input the code is not appearing on checkout. I sent a voucher of $5 to myself as a test and it seemed to work and even showed up in the shopcart box but never seems to allow me to use it at check out. Any ideas?
