Regarding META TAG concern all of us with several languages

I am wondering about this metatag:

<meta http-equiv="content-language" content="EN">

I found above example at: http://spider-food.net/charts/meta-tag-chart.html

 

What do I write if I have several languages on my site?

Can I write like this?:

<meta http-equiv="content-language" content="SV,EN,ES,DE">

 

The tag I used to have was looking like this but with no success in the searchengines:

<meta name="language" content="sv,en,es,de">

 

But I am not sure what is right or not...

Please everybody that have several languages on their oscommerce website and have high ranking positions in the searchengines on different languages. Please give me some advices about this metatag.
