Product notifications unsubscribe thru admin?

I would like to be able to unsubscribe any individual (or group) customers product notifications thru Admin.

I no you can unsubscribe a customer from the newsletter in admin and I no the customer can perform this thru product_notifications.php.

Any Help Appreciated
