How can i reduce the size of images, without losing quality??

What are your settings in admin?

 

You can remove the width completely, not "0" but nothing in the box and set the height to whatever you want and your images will resize normally.

I don;t want to reduce the size of the image, I want to reduce the file size of the image, so my page loads up quicker

Then you would need to do that in your graphics program.

 

You can also set gzip in admin.
