Need a simple easy to update program just for product list

Hey.

 

I think I need a php resource thats like this but more based on easability of importing and updating products.

 

So basically I just need a php script that does exactly what this does but I don't need the cart and so on and I just want something that I can easily upload products and import them from an excel file. So does anyone know of any php scripts / resources that I can use to just have a product database. Like Os commerce, but without the cart (dont need it) and more heavily focused on ease of importing a mass of products.
