Help with admin with levels

I have downloaded the admin with level. I followed everything to install it. an yes i have the right oscommerce. The error that i am getting is Parse error: parse error, expecting `T_VARIABLE' or `'$'' in /var/www/html/admin/includes/application_top.php on line 264 Fatal error: Call to undefined function: tep_href_link() in /var/www/html/admin/index.php on line 18 Can somebody help me. fix this. I looked at the files an can find anything wrong.
