pingouin-osc Posted May 17, 2003 Posted May 17, 2003 Hi, Couldn't find anything about that on the forum nor wiki.oscommerce.com, Has anybody ever considered sending the customer a reminder of their password instead of changing it ? On other sites we have a reminder emailed to the client, not a pw change forced. I find this annoying as clients had rather remember the password they chose, plus that feature lets someone too easily force a password update for someone else, all they have to know is their email.. Ideas or threads about this ? thanks,
