what does click on "confirm order" button do?

I am trying to figure out , how to triger simple http redirect after customer clicked on confirm order button on

http://mysite.com/catalog/checkout_confirmation.php page

 

I know it's loading one of the preselected pay methods, say payme.php

 

what should be in that file to just transfer customer to the given url, say like this one:

 

https://www.givememoney.com/payment.asp?mer...nt_id=100120000

any ideas will be appreciated.
