Problem when a user logs in to catalog.

So when a user attempts to logon to the catalog, this is the file url it tries to go to:

 

http://(hostname here)/catalog/FILENAME_COOKIE_USAGE

 

I searched my files but didn't find that anywhere.. I also look at old threads but didn't find anything that would be of help.

 

I would greatly appreciate any help.
