Guest Posted May 16, 2003 Posted May 16, 2003 I am getting the folowing error when going to any page on our shared ssl server "Warning: The downloadable products directory does not exist: /public_html/shop/download/. Downloadable products will not work until this directory is valid." It is also trying to ask for payment and shipping costs. I want downloads to be totally free but for registered users only. Here is the link I use for product URL: /download/ys575setup.pdf My download settings: Enable download true Download by redirect true Expiry delay (days) 1 Maximum number of downloads 500 EDITED: Please read the Forum FAQs and do not crosspost.
