Problem when logging on to catalog.. Cookie problem i think

So when a user attempts to logon to the catalog, this is the file url it tries to go to:

 

http://localhost/catalog/FILENAME_COOKIE_USAGE

 

I searched my files but didn't find that anywhere..

 

I would greatly appreciate any help.
