zzfritz Posted May 15, 2003 Posted May 15, 2003 One other reason for failure of UPS rate quote is the lack of shipping weight, so make sure your products have weight. The best troubleshooting hook for UPS rate quote problems is to examine the contents of the response from the module's call to the UPS cgi. We refer to this in the UPS Choice contribution's install text: http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contri...ions,528/page,3 You can have the module email the response contents by inserting this instruction at line 259 of ups.php versions 1.53 or 1.54 (replacing the dummy email address with your correct email address): mail('[email protected]','UPS response',$body,'From: <[email protected]>');
