noob3000 Posted May 15, 2003 Posted May 15, 2003 i am having Yahoo and my web hosting company and i just wrote to them saying that i can't upload .htacess to the my root dirctory, They told me that "Filenames may only contain the characters 'a-z', 'A-Z', '0-9', '-', '_', and '.' and may not start with a '.' " it seems like the file type is not supported by them, what can i do? PLZ PLZ help me, is there any other ways of doing it?

Emmtee Posted May 15, 2003 Posted May 15, 2003 ask google in this case.... or take a look at planet-source-code... or whereever ... or ask php.net for _POST variable... and file_uploaded... you should at least try to understand it first and then ask a detailed question, it won't get you anywhere asking like "can you do it for me, my system is crippled and troublesome and i don't have a clue"...
