Guest Posted May 14, 2003 Posted May 14, 2003 [email protected] @ 05/14/2003 05:24:48 Hi i own a website called got2haveit.net and we are hosted on a shared server we have just found out that another of our server admins customers uses oscommerce and is also on the same server as ourselves we have a big problem when we log onto our site the catagory bar come up fine as soon as you refresh the page or click on a catogory the other persons catagories apear of thier website when you click onto one of there catagories it links to thire website you can view this problem by logging onto www.got2haveit.net and going into he shop click on any catagory and you will see al my catagoryies dissapear and someone elses appear in its place i dont know whether the files are getting crossed or somthing no one seems to be able to help me Many thanks Stephen
Guest Posted May 14, 2003 Posted May 14, 2003 You must create your cache directory within your webroot and change your configuration to point to it here... should be /tmp
