Converting Shop Using SunShop (turnkeywebtools) to Os Commer

I am wanting to convert my existing shop in which I use the SunShop 3.1 cart by Turnkeywebtools over to the OS Commerce cart.

 

I have over 500 products and 500 customers to convert (import) over.

I need to make the conversion as seemless as possible for my customers.

 

I need for my customers to be able to use their current login info and passwords to log into the new shop.

 

Does anyone know what all I will need to do to convert to OS Commerce?
