How to add frames

Hi,

 

In a page like 'Privacy', instead of just typing text in the language file I want to add a frameset in.

Is that possible?

 

I have a frame index with 2 pages that I would like to appear in the normal area of OSCommerce. So a user clicks 'Privacy' and the frameset appears where the text usually would.
