Hide Payment Option based on customer location

I currently have two payment options: credit card and money order/cheque but I want to disable the money order/cheque option for overseas customers.

 

I am assuming I need to check the customers billing address and then based upon the result disable the payment option in checkout_payment.php.

 

Anyone done this before? Your help would be appreciated.

It's ok - I've hacked the code and done it now. It was quite easy in the end. :D
