OSC Affiliate check out problem

I have OSC affiliate installed on 2.2 on the April Snapshot. I created a banner link for a test product and did a test purchase using the affiliate link - the first one went through fine and worked perfectly in all areas including tracking the click etc etc. But any others I have tried fail with the below error at checkout_process.php

 

1062 - Duplicate entry '0' for key 1

 

insert into affiliate_sales (affiliate_id, affiliate_date, affiliate_browser, affiliate_ipaddress, affiliate_value, affiliate_payment, affiliate_orders_id, affiliate_clickthroughs_id, affiliate_percent) values ('1', '2003-05-12 17:00:30', 'Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1)', 'xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx', '229.99', '23', '', '3', '10.0000')

 

It looks like affiliate_orders_id isn't getting passed through and sometimes the same happens to affiliate_clickthroughs_id

 

Any advice would be much appreciated.

I just installed OSC Affiliate and am having the same problems. Where you ever able to get it corrected? If so, do you have any advice that may help. Thanks in advance.
