New store

Hi

I received my store through my web space provide and I've just set up my store, added catagories and products. However the front page tells me that this is a smaple shop and I need to visit this site to activate it. How can I go about getting the shop working without having to re-enter all the product details, in other words what do i do now?

Thanks, now how can I activate the store, all the prices are set to 0 (zero) even though I've put in the correct prices.

Did you change your default currencie ??

yes, GB pounds, I will only be shipping to GB

did you set the value to 1 & press update? even if you did, try going back & pressing update again.

In the store admin section all the products are listed with their correct prices, images, etc. However the actual store still lists them as costing 0 (zero) And the store front carries this message:

 

This is a demonstration online-shop, any products purchased will not be delivered nor billed. Any information seen on these products are to be treated fictional.

I think you misunderstand me. In admin go to the currencies section & click on ?. Check that the currency value is set to 1 & then click update.
