lucilue2003
My friend, i too receieve the exact same message. I have set the permissions to 777 on both configure.php file and still no luck. i chmod 777 on the folders, still no luck . i placed the admin folder inside the catalog folder still no luck. MY BEST GUESS IS THAT THERE IS A SERIOUS ISSUE IN THE INSTALL OF Milestone: osCommerce 2.2MS1 AND I HOPE THAT SOME1 CAN DO A FRESH INSTALL OF THIS FILE AND TRY TO SEE IF THEY CAN INSTALL IT. HOPEFULLY, SOON, WE'LL EXPERIENCE OSCOMMERCE, UNTIL THEN ONLY FRUSTRATIONS...
Guest
I installed MS1 twice today for two different customers without issue. Everything is functional and working for both sites! You are welcome to contact me for assistance... [email protected] Good Luck. -R
Druide
you both need to use the search function of this forum, it has been answered MANY MANY MANY MANY times. I hate to dissapoint you but if there was a serious issue with 2.2 MS1 installation don't you think they would have fixed it before working on 2.2 MS2 for a long time ? Check the workboard to see the progress... Cheers Robert We all need to learn it once, how hard it may seem when you look at it, also you will master it someday ;)
