Changing and re-arranging new account sign-up fields.

I'm in the process of migrating my webstore from ver 2.1 over to 2.2 CVS. Can some one please point me to the right direction on how to make the changes below. Thanks in advance. :D

look at the file account_details.php

 

you can move the order of fields, change the tags, etc.

 

also, in the admin panel, click customers, then customer info and you can turn off gender, date of birth, etc.
